Hello,
I am finally in a position where I can get a premium phone but dont know where to start. Budget is £800. I am not too bothered about OS.

What are you using now? Are there any features, in particular, that you are looking for?

Hello, I am using an old Oppo and before that a Motorola. I am not a gamer or heavy streamer. I dont really use social media. I want something as future proof as possible and like using things like co-pilot. Will just be using it for day to day tasks but like to know there is power if needed. I narrowed it down to iphone 16 pro and Google Pixel 9 pro XL but with iphone 17 and pixel 10 out I am more confused.

I forgot to add that even though I haven't used it I was drawn to Gemini.

I would lean toward the Pixel. They are excellent phones (I use a Pixel 9 Pro) and you are already accustomed to using Android.

The XLs are quite large and can be a bit awkward to carry in pockets. I suggest visiting a local phone store and holding the various models in your own paws to get a feel for their size.
