phone bteaking up when talking to some one else

Phone breaking up when talking to someone else on their end.Galaxy5 Sprint, this just started 2 weeks ago. HELP please
p.s. Galaxy s5 when using my phone. And making a call and talking to someone ,they say its breaking up.

Took phone to Sprint,they said ," phone was trying to read 2 towers? They reactivated phone & did a profile update, walla, supposedly ! Fixed !
