Solved! Phone does not ring while using apps on phone

While I'm using phone (playing a game, online), etc., my phone does not ring. I get a notification that I missed a call.

No, I am not blocking calls, yes my sound is on, no i do not have do not disturb on etc. Rebooted many times.

Sounds like something in the games settings is what is blocking your calls from coming through.
