Phone getting warm

I have Sony xperia Z2. when I use it a little bit long it gets warm. How can I protect it from warming

It's OK for it to warm up a bit, you may want to have a tech look at it to make sure it's not getting TOO warm though. If it does get too warm, you should get it replaced.

2 to 3 hours Continuous 3G use getting my phone warm. is it Sony problem or other phones also do the same
