I Dropped My Phone And The Battery Came Out So When I Tried Putting My Phone On After It Would Go To LG And Back Too A Black Screen And It Keeps Doing That . So How Can I Turn My Phone On Fully ?

The drop may have damaged it. Pop in to an independent mobile phone shop and ask them to take a look at it.
