phone is black

My phone works perfectly fine but when i turn it on i can only feel the viberations and it is just pitch black i fell in the toilet and i lefted in the uncooked rice for 45 hours and this what i got back a pitch black viberational phone. What can do or how can i fix ,my phone?(andriod lg risio)

So what do you mean by "your phone works perfectly fine"? Does not seem like it's working at all. Replace it, once it got dunked in water, trying it out only has a small chance of it working again.
