Phone Language problem

I am Malaysian i bought Iphone F7 From china to to change the language to English

If that phone has a flashable ROM, you can download the proper language rom from the cell company's support page and flash it to factory default. If it's an iPhone, I doubt you can do that, will need to take it to an Apple support center. But if it's from China, since there is no F7 iPhone model, it's a clone or an illegal copy. Need to find out how to chance the language from the manufacturer probably.
