Phone stopped ringing

My phone has stopped ringing on incoming calls and texts. What can I do?

Have you gone into your settings to make sure that the sounds are turned on, volume is up and there are sound files attached to calls and notifications?

Even if they were there before, they could have been altered by apps. So best to check.

I checked but sound is not ringing
