Phone that won't turn on no matter what has important images that weren't backed up, help please?

My phone recently accidentally dropped into water, it's completely dead forever, and I have a lot of images that I need but weren't on my SD card. I managed to safely retrieve the SD card with one of my folders. How do I get my other images back?

Also, it's an Android Moto E 4G LTE phone, my mom tried to get into it, but an important part broke by accident, meaning there's no hope of it being revived... Please I need help and I need those images
