What plugs do I need to play movies from my Samsung android phone to my new NON SMART ELEMENT TV

Easiest thing to do would be to look on the website of either your phone man. or provider. It should be for sale as an accessory for your model.

In many cases it's a USB to HDMI converter.

The other thing you can do is to consider something like a Chromecast and just stream to it.

Depends on what TV and phone you have, they have different connection capabilities. Need to list exact models.
