Phone won't kept a charger

My zte phone it will turn on but when I put the charger on, it will say its charging and keep going uncharged by itself less I have it In a current spot but my battery still goes dead but very slowly when it's plugged in and it will take hours and hours to even get 5% more battery then it had, I bought me a new charger and it didn't work... And I tried holding the up and down volume and power button and it didn't work it just restarted my phone, I tried taking the charger off then turning the power off for 5min and turned it on and plugged the charger back up and it worked but only for like 15min and it never worked with that method again and you can't take the battery out. someone PLEASE HELP

Did you also try a different cable? New battery?

I tried 3 different cables and 4 different adapter's and didn't work so I bought a brand new charger but still didn't work and the battery I can't take out because it's built into my phone

Take it to a Cell phone Repair shop.
Perhaps its the charge port, it or its a defect of the phone.
