PhotoDirector 3: How to resize picture?

I need to resize and upload 10 pictures before morning. It is 2 am, and I can not find easy way to do it. This new built computer does not have any image editing tools yet. I installed PhotoDirector 3, but I can not figure out how to change picture size in it. It has Crop and Rotate, but it does not make picture smaller- it lets me crop it. I need the whole picture, but smaller file size. I need it less than 1 Mb. It is now over 3 Mb. Any solutions? Thank you very much.

Thank you, it is promising. How do I tell the file size before I resie? Also- is this big green button a download button? I often see false download buttons.

Looks like it to me!

To find the original size, right click on one in explorer, and look in the properties.

I know the original size, but I need to know what my output size is- I may go too far or not far enough... Thank you.

Pick a size and stick them in a subfolder. If you don't like them, replace them!

This think tried to install 3 other software, I did not let it (I hope), now it looks massed up. I doubt it would work. Also it asks what folder to open but graphics in the wrong places, so it is hard to see what it wants to do.
