Photoshop CC is slow on my machine

For some reason, when I use the brush and draw something, the time I am finished it is still created what I done. And is just too slow to work with. Look at my specs, why is it doing this?

How much RAM do you have ? 8GB or 16GB or less?

Full system specs means everything about your system. Remember, we can't see your system, it's up to you to provide ALL of the details:

1. What version of Windows?
2. 32 or 64 bit?
3. What other software is loaded?
4. What do you have auto loading/running on boot?

You get the idea.....

That system should run photoshop with just about any file size with no issues unless you have a lot of other stuff open.

Is this the only thing that's slow? With that video card I don't expect fast gaming so that is probably out for a test. How is HD video play?

HD videos play great.
