Since Photoshop no longer has any monitor calibration tools, the error must be triggered by some other application, probably a hardware colorimeter kit such as those called X-Rite, ColorMunki or Spyder. You haven't said what the error actually says. It may simply be telling you that it's time to calibrate your monitor again.
If you don't know anything about the error, you probably bought the computer from someone who installed monitor calibration software on it and left it installed. It's useless without the colorimeter to go with it.
