Solved! Pioneer Plasma PDP 504CMX Blinking Green Light

I have Pioneer Plasma PDP 504CMX when i turned it on its start with no display and starts green light blinking any solution?

It have power supply AXY 1106. It's currently running on 100v its have switch on board showing 100v and 200v can i switch it to 200v and can power it up with 220v instead of 110v?

I suspect that trying 220v won't solve the problem and may actually cause more damage to the set.

I have checked all the boards inside and found x drive one ic part no. TND506 is blast its 8x8 legs ic I cant find rhis parts in pakistan any one can help?
