Solved! Pioneer vsx 832 main unit is not working

Pioneer vsx 832 main unit is not working, however it works only with application remote application, I can’t do any function through remote control or main unit, even to restart the unit, however all the unit screen functions are working and lights normally

Sounds like you will need to get it to a service facility. Hope it's under warranty otherwise the repair might be expensive.

Consult manual see if there is a Reset-to-Factory. Sometimes unplugging it from AC for an hour may do the trick.
