Solved! Pioneer vsx521 reciever SP AB HELP

Hello i have Pioneer vsx521 reciever

i turn off Speakers AB by accident on my reciever , after that i dont have sound from TV, sub and front speakers i do not know how to turn on SP AB together i click speaker button lots of time but that button only turn ON or turn OFF speaker A , how to get SP AB mode ?

I will guess that you have the receiver in surround sound and that keeps you from using speaker B.
