Question Pixel Camera experencies

Hey Guys
I would like to switch from a iPhone to Android.
So i take a s23 but the pictures which i take from my 1 year old son are really Bad! He is always in motion and the photos have a blur.
In the categories will the pixel camera take the same good pictures like the iPhone??
