Hi, I was just curious to see if this laptop I'd any good for gaming. The only real game I'm going to play on it is overwatch because my friend offered to buy it for me, but I don't know if this Laptop would do the trick.

Windows 10 Home operating system

7th Generation AMD A12-9700P Quad-core accelerated 2.50GHz up to 3.40GHz processor with 2MB cache

17.3" diagonal SVA BrightView WLED-backlit HD+ display with 1600x900 resolution

12GB DDR4 SDRAM

2TB 5400 RPM SATA hard drive

SuperMulti DVD drive

802.11ac Wi-Fi

Bluetooth wireless technology

Radeon R7 graphics

DTS Studio Sound with dual speakers

HP TrueVision HD webcam with digital mic

Full-size island-style keyboard with numeric keypad

HP Imagepad with multi-gesture support

Free 1-year Microsoft Office 365 Personal subscription

Four-cell lithium-ion battery

Multi-format memory card slot

USB 3.0 port

Two USB 2.0 ports

HDMI, ethernet ports

Headphone/microphone combo jack

Kensington MicroSaver lock slot

Measures approximately 16-1/2"W x 11"D x 1"H; weighs 5.79 lbs

Solution
The laptop with the A12-9700p relies on the integrated Radeon R7 (Bristol Ridge) graphics core which is not very powerful (like most other integrated graphic cores). It basically competes against the nVidia 920m which is a low end mobile GPU; it is not considered a "gaming" GPU, it more of a "mainstream" GPU. Most would consider the nvidia GTX 1050 in a laptop to be the minimum "gaming" GPU. It is a little more powerful than a GTX 965m.

The following Acer Laptop Aspire E5-575G-55KK for $509 with a Core i5-7200u and nVidia 940mx is your best option for playing games that is near your budget.
