Please Help Me: ACER 5739 or 5740

Hi everyone!

I would like to buy a new laptop and I found these two.
Could you help me which one I should choose?

The first one is: ACER 5739G => ~975 USD

15.6" LED CB
Core2Duo T6600 (2.2GHz, 800MHz FSB, 2M cache)
NVidia GeForce GT 240M 1024MB DDR3
2x2GB DDR3
1x320GB

and the other one: ACER 5740 => ~880 USD

Intel Core i3-330M 2.13Ghz
3Gb DDR3 memory
1x320GB
ATi Mobil RadeOn HD5470 1GB

I heard the GeF is much better, is it true?
Others said I should choose the one with the ATi card, cause its CPU is much better, so that will compensate the weaker graphic card.
What do you think?

The first one is better in terms of gaming,so if you are going to game go for the first one otherwise go with the second one

So you're saying the first one is noticably better?
Btw what do you think about the ACER laptops? Do you have any experience?

I don't have any experience with Acer though
