please help me buy best gaming laptop for about 30,000(INR)

I am a newbie and am unable to choose between different processors and graphics card for which is best for gaming while buying a laptop under 30,000(INR). So please help me(._.)

For such a low price, I wouldn't recommend gaming on a laptop as they won't be able to handle most of the games out there. I would really recommend a desktop for this price range. If you have to have a laptop then go for a dell insperson 15 if you can buy it in your area. This assumes that you are only playing low end games like lol and dota 2 on low or min settings.
