Please help me choose

Hi guys! Please help me choose between these two. I'll be using it mostly for the multimedia ministry in church and to study photo and video editing. I don't have a budget for high end laptops yet so someone suggested these two:

Processor : AMD FX-Series FX-9830P 3 GHz; Quad-core
Memory : 4GB DDR4
Storage : 128GB SSD + 1TB HDD
Screen : 15.6" Display, ComfyView, IPS technology
Graphics : AMD Radeon RX 550
4GB GDDR5 Dedicated graphics memory

15.6″ FHD, Not IPS

Memory: 4GB DDR4

Btw, I'm planning to upgrade to 8gb RAM. Can you suggest anything better than these that is in the same budget range?
