Please help me with MIC

Hi! Im using a razer kraken headset. But my gaming laptop is using its own mic. I did what all the tutorials say and went to sounds and looked for my mic and check if it was disabled, but my mic wasnt even there.

Your device may not have a dual (input/output) 3.5mm port. Or it may not work correctly. Which, sadly, is very common.

One way to resolve this is to get a headset that uses a USB connection or you can also try getting a 3.5mm to USB adapter and use that to connect your current headset. Should work then.
