Please Help Me

Laptop will not let me have wifi internet and I can't get onto my laptop because it will not go any further then asking me for my password to log into my laptop and it then tells me that it is not the password. what to do.

I'm sorry Kristy but we do not assist in bypassing security features. We have no way to know for sure that you are the owner and you have no way to really prove it. We hope that you will appreciate this policy should your device ever be lost or stolen.
