The sanctity of my world gone has been boosted with hacking!

I know who's done it and would like to get in to their pious pretending mobile (sorry for the rant Im fuming!!!)

Could someone PLEASE educate me as to how I can hack an adroid and an iPhone remotely?

I want to do it via my iPhone 7, not from a desk/laptop please; if that's possible

Total insight and access to them
