Please recommend a good photo making smartphone

I had an Xperia Neo, very good photos even at night f2.0 aperture, now unusable because of low ram. Now I'm thinking to go for Xperia P. 1gb Ram, but it has 2.4 aperture. I saw Htc one mini a t a resomable price. Please recommend a better phone. Thanks!

iPhone 5s is unbeatable for photo quality (and I have to admit that even though I hate Apple devices), but it's also outrageously expensive compared to anything else.
