I will be running 4 to 5 windows servers on Virtual Machine and some gaming(not much).

I would say that the cpu is too weak to run virtual machines. For gaming its ok.

Whats if i buy i7 4510u with all other same specifications.
Would that be ok for running 4 -5 servers on VM ?

Probably not. An i7 u is equivalent to an i5 m I think, which may not be enough. I haven't used vm before but I know you need a lot of cpu power for it.
