my acer aspire coming up with a green screen at start up and it says please wait and will be stuck there forever. need a diagnosis and how to fix please

I'd send it back to your reseller, Acer laptops has alot of trouble.

How long does it take before you assume that it is already "stuck up"? Is this a new laptop?

Last time I had a similar issue it worked out to a bad dimm. Not saying yours is the case, but it might be worth looking into.
