Question Pls help me know how to uninstall Hapara Filter. I've tried everything, and nothing works.

I've tried multiple methods of accessing developer mode, crosh is disabled, terminal is disabled, task manager can only look at tasks but won't end them, I can't make a different Google account, some of the methods I haven't tried require physically taking apart the computer which I don't want to do, incognito mode is disabled, and I can't download any extensions.
If it helps, I have a Dell Chromebook with Intel Celeron 3600, and my school district is Beavercreek City Schools.
If you can't find Beavercreek, it's in Ohio.
They block almost all games. They even blocked Scratch, which I like to use to program. Any GitHub-related methods don't work, they block all URL's with the phrase 'github'.
