Plugged In, Not charging.

So just recently I plugged in my Dell Inspiron 5520 Laptop to charge, it started as normal. Then, after a few seconds, the computer simply acts as though it is not plugged in. I don't get any error message, and my computer responds normally as if it was just running on battery. I don't know what to do, as I have tried unplugging the charging cord, blowing into both ends, and still the problem repeats. Thank you in advance.

For those who may have a similar problem, take your battery out and either spray some compressed air in the connectors or blow on them hard. Fixed my issue.
