Hi guys i buy a Plunk Hero Pro from teknisore.com i can not get root permission, can anyone help me?

Not every root utility is able to root every phone but try going into Settings>More>About Device. Tap that seven times and you'll be granted Developer Options as another menu. That might help. Have you tried Kingo Root?

I know it sounds like I'm winding you up with a witchcraft stunt but it is serious advice.
