plz help my laptop is always crashing!

my laptop is a littlebit old and its a assus g73jh-rcnx09 and since a few days my laptop is crashing on battlefield 3! (ive been playing this game for 2 years!) i really dont know what to do plz help!

grab hwmonitor and check your temperatures, grab ccleaner and run a file clean and then run the registry cleaner multiple times till it finds no more errors.

uninstall all the asus crapware that came pre installed with it if you have not already.

also what antivirus are you using?

im using anti malwarebytes premium as antvirus and why would asus programs make my laptop crash?

because they are crapware, most pre installed branded software with laptops is crapware and causes system slowdowns and instability.

check your temps aswell and post them here, and run ccleaner like i mentioned, run the registry cleaner after you clear out the asus software.

ok and could it be because i unparked my cpu?

cpu unparking should not make much of a difference, change it back if doing what i mentioned does not fix it but if you do what i mentioned your pc should run quicker anyway.
