Solved! Polaroid L9H32 won’t do a hard reset

Polaroid L9H32 won’t do a hard reset. I have turned the tablet off and pushed a pin through the reset hole in the back of this device. It never does a reset.

Could simply be broken, they are not really good quality tables, just some cheap generic built things.
