Googleleadservices is a harassing nuisance. Do I have to take them to court or file harassment charges. As a paralegal I can and will do to all advertisers also

Have you bothered to turn off the option to get ads from Google? You can. Visit their app/site. Google isn't known for ad bombing. No one I know gets them.

Also, be sure they are coming from them and not elsewhere. Many apps, viruses, malware, etc., can mask themselves as other things.
