They don't work for me.All I get is crackling. Windows drivers seem to work but I have tried multiple Realtek drivers with the same results. Would love to find someone that has the original Realtek HD drivers.

might not be a driver issue but hardware issue.
realtek hd driver would use all feature but the generic windows driver would not.
