Hello. I recently tried purchasing something from Amazon, and asked a question to one of the owners about it. I got a reply from a random person saying they'd sell me the item and to email them for a picture, I simply emailed them saying hello and mentioned the item I wanted to buy (I had no real intentions to buy it from the person, I was just curious as to what they were trying to pull off). After I emailed them I received an email from "Postmaster@mail.hotmail.com" saying "delivery status notification (failure)".

I googled Postmaster and I read that it's a spam generator, that is able to use my email address to send out spam to other people and rake in money for the host of Postermaster, or something along those lines. I didn't download anything from the email I got, I simply wrote to the person and received the email from Postmaster. Do I have anything to worry about, if so, how can I resolve this?

"Postmaster@mail.hotmail.com" is the hotmail email server, saying that it can't deliver your email. Why? Unknown, but probably a typo with the email address.
