Potential Virus Conhost.exe

I know that conhost.exe is a known, and safe file, but it's duplicating and have tons created. This randomly started, as my computer worked fine this morning. I left and came home, and now it's having this issue. Progams in the task manager such as msiexec.exe, conhost.exe (usually 5 or more), cmd.exe, notpad.exe (which isn't even open and shows no sign), and CTF loader are all opened and in mass amounts. They are eating my disk space up and I have tried everything to get rid of them.

When conhost.exe duplicates, it's an infection piggy packing on the process. You need to eradicate it if possible. There's some good basic information at the following two links. Don't just glance, actually read what's written there about second opinion scanning and the orders in which to scan. Also, pay particular attention about what STATE you computer should be in when attempting to eradicate an infection:
