Question Power problems on Envy 360

I have a Hp envy 360. I was using it while the Ac plugged in when it went off. Everytime i try switching on the light on the lan port blinks but does not boot up

Not much information to go on. When the charger is plugged in, is the power light by the power connector lit up? What color? Did you happen to notice if the battery was fully charged near the time it went off?
