Solved! Pre Purchase

I am looking for a laptop for my son so he can use it for school and other stuff.

The following can be changed if necessary.

-Windows 10 preinstalled (Handle WIN 11 when released)
-8 gb memory
-Screen 13-15"
-1 tb HD

I want to try to keep it under $1,000 if possible.

I am in US. I don't have a particular place where I would buy the computer from. I am just trying to find out some info on what would be a good laptop to buy given what I said previously.

Can't really go wrong with a Dell. I'd probably go with a minimum of 16GB of RAM and make sure it has at least a 512MB SSD.
