Preparing Automatic repair

I have windows 10....it said preparing automatic repair.....black screen and after 5 mins I think I can see Diagnosing your pc. My daughter unfortunately played with my laptop and fell down the floor....please help

After a drop you can easily have a damaged hard drive or some other damage. Try a new hard-drive with a clean Windows setup.

I agree with hang-the-9, the hard drive is the most likely component to have been damaged after having been dropped, since it's internal moving parts are relatively fragile.
