Pretty sure this is a virus?

I was told that if the SChost is not located in the Windows32 folder that it is a disguised virus or Trojan what ever. I know for sure because i recently downloaded something stupid and opened it but deleted it straight away since it seemed odd anyway i have used the windows program unistaller to uninstall the program that the virus has installed, Btw it is a virus since i normally monitor my task manager and see the programs running but this one is just prettty obvious look https/gyazo.com/0a182795a1e575d67e9d483bf2a20d65

if you make a precise note of it's location, you can steer to it from a Linux Live CD and delete it from there....

From an uninfected PC, you can also make a bootable offline Defender scanner....

see if you can pull up a CMD prompt option,(right click on CMD), run as admin

At prompt, type simply: MRT

select quick scan

I'll try you guy's is solution now btw when I type ESET Poweliks Cleaner and search it closes the window or even if I type reset into google it closes the window

Run a scan with Zemana Anti-malware and post the results.

see if you can run Process Explorer directly from MS/SysInternals Live site of utilities, and first suspend, then delete the miscreant process....
