Problem after factory reset.

Hey,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone and I performed a factory reset. After the Google-service step in the introduction (enter name, wifi-settings etc.) it gives me a message with 'CloudAgent has stopped' and it takes me back to the previous step so I can't finish the introduction. Can someone help me please?

After the factory reset skip the google account creation, then Settings - Apps - CloudAgent - Disable app. Finally, go to Settings - Accounts and create a new google account.
