lost communication interface, please try increasing "H/W buffer size" or removing some plug ins and make sure you have valid clock source, please reset device -6097. this message always show if i press play, please help!

You might try editing the buffer sample size under Options>Playback Engine. The more samples you have, the longer the preload.

Some rules:
Mixing=higher # of samples for playback engine
Tracking=lower # of samples for playback engine
