Problem starting up my laptop

My laptop only show "Acer" for a long time and than went black...can somebody help me...my laptop is a acer E5-471 series

Generally that is an Issue with the motherboard on the E5 series.

The E5 and V5 series seem to be especially dodgy when it come to problems.

You are probably going to have to send it into Acer for a repair.

Or send it back if it's out of warranty.

My acer E5-471 has an C0000034 error applying update operation 28 of 154957....what would solve this problem?
