Problem with AMD radeon graphic card

Hello, i have problem with my amd graphic card. I have laptop Samsung Np350 with 2 video cards - intel hd 4000 and amd radeon 7670m . I am using windows 8.1 pro . When i buy the laptop i check device manager and it show i have 2 video cards . One day when i turn on my laptop my catalyst center doesn't work correctly . I try to install latest version of amd driver from amd web site , it doesn't work i install and nothing . I delete all graphic amd driver and download software from amd web site to detect my graphic card and he say i don't have amd card on my laptop . I google it and i found problem for my laptop with windows 8.1 pro , windows is the problem and need to be reinatalled cause new windows updates doesn't support amd driver . Can you guys help me ? Sorry for my bad english . Thanks .

If you've got a Samsung laptop you should only install drivers for it from Samsung's website.

i try this but it doesn't work , i can only install catalyst manager without driver ...
