problem with battery

i have a Dell Inspiron N5010 Laptop with i5 Processor, the battery give a msg like that 0% available (plugged in and not charging)

Make sure your battery terminals are clean and making good contact with the terminals on the Inspiron. You may just need to get a new battery. Batteries can and do wear out (become defective and will no longer take/hold a charge).
