Solved! !!problem with drivers.cab!!

Hi everybody , I have a problem , when I prepare to divide a new hard disk and connect the drive correctly on MS DOS this message appears
!!problem with drivers.cab!!
Any one known what this means?
And what can I do?

What OS you are installing ?
What is the hardware?
If you install MS-DOS - you'll need really old hard drive, like max 2GB in size.
