Problem with external audio

Hey... I just bought LG 32Lb56 and i am trying to connect my Sony home theatre DAV-DZ290K but i cant hear the system working when watching TV

If you can't figure out how to connect them this is how. Your TV has an digital optical audio output and your Sony HTib only has an analog audio input so you will need something like this:
http/www.parts-express.com/digital-to-analog-converter-%2851-compatible%29--180-999
with the appropriate cables to connect them. When you select that input you will use the Dolby Prologic 2 mode.
If you have connected them then make sure to turn the TV volume down when you are using the HTiB. You don't want them playing at the same time.
