Solved! Problem with MacBook(2006 or 2008??)

I have an MacBook Pro with a problem, I see the whole time a flashing question mark. I think I deleted or formatted the partition...

Command + R does not work, doesn't respond to it...

Help me please!!!

You'll likely need to use an install DVD or USB Flash drive if Command-R does not respond.
