problem with my leptop

My Acer Aspire one have a big problem, had never see before. When i prepare everything on desktop " change desktop icon " and everything more, suddenly everything back to normal even a desktop icon also back to the big icon.

Hi, if I understand your question, when you change your icons on the desktop, if you want them to stay like the change you did, you need to Refresh the desktop screen.
